Article II. Scope of Processed Data

We process only the data necessary for the operation of our marketplace and for connecting supply and demand:

• Identification Data: First and last name or a nickname chosen by you during registration.
• Contact Data: Email address (used for registration and communication).
• Profile and Advertisement Data: Profile photo, photos attached to advertisements, text description of the profile, and location (country, region, city) provided by you.
• Reputation Data: Public ratings and reviews that you grant to or receive from other users.
• Technical Data: IP address (used for platform security) and cookies.

Article III. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Performance of a Contract:

• To enable you to create a profile, post advertisements, and respond to them.

Important Visibility Rule: Your email address is not publicly visible on the platform. It is made available to the Poster only at the moment the Tasker sends a specific offer for task execution.

Other details (exact address, phone number) are exchanged between users outside the platform at their own responsibility.

Legitimate Interest:

• Security: Storing IP addresses to prevent fraudulent behavior, attacks, and to block users who violate the rules.
• Trust Score: Displaying reviews and ratings is essential for building a trustworthy community.
• Information: Sending information regarding important system changes or Helfoo platform news to existing users.

Consent: In the case of using analytical and marketing cookies (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).

Article IV. Third Parties (Recipients)

We do not sell your data. Access to data is granted only to verified partners who ensure the platform's operation:

• Websupport s.r.o.: Hosting provider (data is stored within the EU).
• Google Ireland Ltd.: Provider of analytical and marketing tools.
• Meta Platforms Ireland: Provider of analytical and marketing tools.

Article V. Data Retention (Data Storage Period)

We store your data for the entire duration of your user account's existence.

In the event of inactivity exceeding 3 years, your account, including personal data, will be deleted unless we are legally obligated to archive it (e.g., for DAC7 reporting purposes).

Article VI. Your Rights

In connection with your data, you have the right to:

• Request access to your data and a copy thereof.
• The rectification of inaccurate data.
• Erasure (the "right to be forgotten") if the data is no longer necessary.
• Restriction of processing or to object to processing.
