Article I. Definitions and Introductory Provisions

Operator: Dabyt s.r.o., with its registered office at Hodžova 1502/22, 911 01 Trenčín, Slovakia, ID (IČO): 57571287, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Trenčín, Section: Sro, Entry No. 57906/R (hereinafter referred to as "Helfoo" or the "Operator").

Platform: The Helfoo web interface, which serves to facilitate contact between demand and supply for micro-services.

User: Any natural person over the age of 18 who registers on the Platform.

Poster: A User who publishes a request for assistance (a "Task").

Tasker: A User who responds to a Task and offers to complete it.

Article II. Role of the Platform (Limitation of Liability)

The Helfoo platform is a digital marketplace that facilitates contact between individuals seeking help with small tasks (Poster) and individuals offering such help for a reward (Tasker).

Helfoo is exclusively a provider of a technical solution and acts as an intermediary. The Platform is not a party to the contractual relationships between the Poster and the Tasker.

Helfoo is not an employer, a temporary employment agency, or a provider of the offered services.

Helfoo is not a party to the contractual relationships entered into between the Poster and the Tasker and bears no responsibility for:

• The quality, timeliness, or safety of the performed Task.
• Any potential damage to property or health incurred during the performance of the Task.
• Non-payment of the agreed reward by the Poster.
• The failure of Users to report their income for tax purposes.

Article III. Registration and Verification

Use of the platform is subject to registration, during which the user provides a name, an email address, and optionally a profile photo.

Registration is restricted to individuals at least 18 years of age.

A single user account is hybrid - a user may act as both a Poster and a Tasker within the system.

The user is obliged to provide truthful information. The use of anonymous nicknames is permitted, provided they do not violate good morals or the rights of third parties.

Registration verification is conducted via email address and a Captcha system.

The Operator reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time if fraudulent behavior is suspected.

Article IV. Workflow and Formation of the Task Agreement

Task Posting: The Poster adds an advertisement including a job description, location, and estimated reward in the appropriate category (or requests a price offer).

Response and Contact: Individuals interested in the work (Taskers) respond to the advertisement through the platform, whereby an offer is sent to the Poster's email address. Contact details (email) are made available to the Poster only after the offer has been delivered.

Selection and Agreement: The Poster has the right to select a Tasker based on their profile, the content of the offer, and previous reviews.

"Accept" and "Reject" Statuses: The "Accept" and "Reject" statuses serve for system record-keeping and the subsequent possibility of providing a review. Helfoo bears no responsibility for the cancellation of a Task by either party after it has been accepted.

Payment and Execution: Financial settlement and detailed agreements regarding the execution of the task take place exclusively outside the Helfoo platform (cash, bank transfer). Helfoo bears no responsibility for the non-payment of rewards or poor-quality service delivery.

Article V. Financial Conditions and Taxes

Use of the Helfoo platform is free of charge in the current phase.

The reward for a Task is the result of a free agreement between the Poster and the Tasker.

Payment takes place directly between Users (cash, bank transfer), outside of the Helfoo technical solution.

The User acknowledges that they are fully responsible for taxing their income. Helfoo notes that in Slovakia, occasional income is tax-exempt up to EUR 500 per year.

Article VI. Moderation and Operator Rights

In the interest of maintaining quality and safety, the Operator reserves the right to take the following steps:

• Ad Management: The Operator may, without the author's consent, move an advertisement to the correct category, correct obvious grammatical errors, or adjust formatting that disrupts the platform's visual integrity.
• Content Removal: Helfoo has the right to immediately and without compensation delete any advertisement or review that violates the points listed in Article VII, or that is duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Account Termination (BAN): In the event of repeated rule violations or a single serious violation (e.g., offering drugs, racist attacks), the Operator reserves the right to permanently deactivate the user account.
• Review Moderation: Reviews must be truthful and based on real experience. Helfoo will delete reviews that contain vulgarities, personal data of third parties, or are clearly vindictive and untrue.

Article VII. Prohibited Content and Activities

It is strictly forbidden to publish the following on the Platform:

• Illegal Activity: Any content in conflict with the laws of the Slovak Republic, such as offers to sell or mediate stolen goods, illegal services, or activities supporting criminal behavior.
• Licensed Professions: Work requiring professional qualifications or certifications (e.g., gas inspections, structural engineering, professional design) unless performed by a person with a valid license.
• Controlled Substances: Any mention, request, or offer related to drugs, psychotropic substances, prescription medications, or other prohibited substances.
• Erotic or Sexual Content: Offers of erotic massages, companionship, sexual services, fetishistic acts, or the distribution of pornographic material.
• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Expressions of racism, xenophobia, religious intolerance, or attacks based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
• Vulgar or Offensive Content: The use of vulgarisms, demeaning language, or personal attacks against other users or third parties, including within reviews and ratings.
• Spam and Scams: Advertisements serving solely to collect contact information or to promote other entities or external websites.
• Gambling: Offers related to betting, wagering, or games of chance involving money.
• Political or Religious Propaganda: Advertisements used to spread political views, religious ideologies, or any propaganda unrelated to the mission of the platform.

Article VIII. Sanctions and Dispute Resolution

Helfoo does not resolve financial or material disputes between users. It is recommended to resolve disputes amicably.

In the event of a breach of these rules, Helfoo has the right to:

• Temporarily suspend the account.
• Permanently terminate the account (BAN) without prior notice.
• Remove inappropriate advertisements or reviews.

Article IX. Review System and Trust Score

Upon completion of a task (status "Completed"), both parties may provide a mutual rating.

The Operator recommends providing reviews after every completed task to build a trustworthy community and improve the future selection process for both Posters and Taskers.

Reviews serve to build the community's reputation. Falsifying reviews or using them for personal revenge is grounds for account termination.

Article X. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for any damages to property, health, or loss of profit arising in connection with the performance of a task agreed upon between users.

Users are fully responsible for the legal settlement of their income and obligations arising from the tax regulations of the Slovak Republic.

Helfoo does not guarantee the identity of users beyond the registration data provided. Personal safety during physical meetings is entirely the responsibility of the users.

Article XI. Privacy and Content

The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document, the "Privacy Policy (GDPR)".

The User grants Helfoo consent to publish the content of the advertisement and photos for the purpose of the Platform's operation. Helfoo undertakes not to use users' photos for marketing purposes without their explicit additional consent.
